Shipping information

We aim to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days if all products ordered are in stock and unless otherwise agreed. We process and ship nearly all orders within 1 business day (often the same day). Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.

Your order is being Processed, when we are handling your order, picking up the products and packing.

When you get your shipping confirmation by email, it means your order is packed, labeled and ready to go, and status is updated to Shipped. Now your order can not be changed and it is waiting for pick up. Order status will not be updated from here on at Titityy website.

Tracking in DHL website updates when DHL has picked up your order from our shop and registers it to their system. That might take hours, even days after Titityy shipping confirmation. Don't worry, DHL is very fast and will let you know the estimated delivery time soon.

DHL Worldwide Express is fast, trackable and reliable. DHL Worldwide Express provides delivery on the next possible business day. Depending on your location you order will arrive within a couple of days after we have packed and shipped your order!

The shop will show you the shipping cost once you fill the shipping address. You can choose your country on top right corner of the page to see the shipping price.

All international customers are responsible for your country's customs fees and duties.

Customs forms are filled out in accordance with Finnish and international law to accurately reflect value and contents of the package.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order. Also please note that we cannot split any orders for smaller batches in order to avoid customs or other fees.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment and return costs. Also if the order cannot be shipped because of your country's customs policy and therefore returned, we will not refund you the costs for shipping and returning the parcel.
