Sandnes Garn Lanett Babyull soft superwash baby wool

Soft superwash baby wool from Sandnes Garn, Norway. Fingering weight 4-ply merino yarn is suitable for all kinds of baby knits from top to toe, as well as shawls and garments for sensitive skin. This yarn suits well for beginners and is a go-to yarn for advanced knitters in need of yarn that has good value, solid colors and wide color range.

A ball of Lanett Baby Wool is enough for a basic hat or a pair of mittens. 3-4 skeins make a complete set of baby knits, for example baby cardigan, pants, mittens, socks and a hat.

Why not make a soft and easy-care knitwear for yourself too? A basic knitted cardigan takes about 300-400 g of Lanett when knitting with 3-3.5 mm needles (gauge would be something like 24-26 sts per 10 cm/ 4"). You need a bit more yarn if working on tighter gauge 27-31 sts.
